Soursop smoothie bowl

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of frozen soursop pulp

1 banana sliced and frozen

1 tbsp of honey

Fresh fruits and granola

 

METHOD 

1. To extract the soursop pulp, you must cut the fruit into chunks, remove the skin, place it in a blender with some water and blend it shortly. After that, it is necessary to sieve the cream, discarding the seeds. Then, divide the pulp into 1 cup portions and freeze it to use as you like.

2. For the soursop smoothie, combine the frozen banana, soursop pulp and honey in a blender and blend it until the mixture become creamy. 

 3. Serve it in a bowl, with fresh fruit, granola, nuts or wherever you prefer. Enjoy!
