INGREDIENTS   3 maracuyas 750ml of cold water sweetener of your preference ice   METHOD 1. Cut the maracuyas in half, from the stem to the bottom. You will notice some juice starts leaking out. Open the halves quickly to avoid losing the juice.  2. Remove the maracuya pulp with a spoon, placing it directly into a blender jar. Add the water and the sweetener (I use one tbs of sugar per fruit). Cover the jar with the lid and pulse the blender for 5 to 7 times, until the juice becomes yellow and well mixed. (Don't blend for a long time to avoid breaking too much the seeds). 3. Prepare a jar with a sieve on the top. Pour all the juice through the sieve, discard the seeds, add some ice cubes and serve the juice immediately. Enjoy!
